This website exists to give members of the general public the ability to view the position and the ratings of local estate agents around the UK.

Not all estate agents are listed. If you have seen a poster or advertisement showing results of an estate agent, from an online search of the number of properties they have on the market, then you can view the specific details that were used to qualify that claim made by the agent.

The aim is to ensure that you can check and demonstrate to yourself that the agent is a good as they say they are and that the results they have published in a poster or advert are indeed correct and supported by fact.

We also have a system where we appraise local estate agents based on a number of categories, including their presentation skills, marketing standards and local presence.

It’s important for you to know that this website receives no direct payment from estate agents to be placed on this area and therefore the star system of rating local estate agents is based upon our own opinion and not due to being paid by the agent to ‘advertise’.
